Trout bite has persisted through the windy weather. Limits are being landed from shore in South Cove. Boaters do well in Howden Cove and Cox Cove. Striper bite has been slow. Few fish larger than 20 to 22 inches. Black bass bite has been good in Howden Cove and the back of Cowboy Cove. Senkos, spinner baits will work. Jim Gallegos of Manteca landed a 9.93 pounder throwing a Kastmaster from shore in South Cove. A 10.81 pounder was landed by Kosol Jintaserane of Millbrae using a spinner bait in Cox Cove.
