https://www.apollocharters.com/Capt Greg checked in from the Pacific Quest returned to the dock with 11 anglers and they ended the day with 29 Yellowtail with a lot of casualties in the morning. The causualties were due to sealions and the anglers using lighter gear, once we convinced them to go with the 40 to 50 lb it was pretty much game on. Capt Greg checked in from the Pacific Quest as they returned with their 12 anglers, we ended the day 52 Yellowtail of those 4 were 12 to 15 lbs and the rest were over 20 lbs. We hooked well over 100 fish and to get our 52, some of the best fishing I have seen since I was a deckhand. They wanted to bite everything and we had many casualties , not due to angler error but......

About 9am we decided to pull the plug and run off to the banks and we manged a few more Yellowtail.
