Boaters get cats at Shadow Cliffs

Boaters are getting more catfish than shore anglers. Best fish was landed by Ciesel Moran, a 12-year old, who caught a 9 pound catfish fishing with a nightcrawler from the first dock. (510) 544-3230, (925) 426-0197
