Stripers in the 7 to 12 pound range are being caught in Big Break, the cut and outside of Franks Tract. Wherever there is flow, there are stripers. Black bass bite is slow. Frog bite is so-so. Most are punching and flipping. Jerk baits can work early. Hook, Line & Sinker (925) 625-2441
