http://norcal.fishreports.comBiggest trout of opening week was a 20.4 pounder caught from a boat at Warrior. Pelican, Warrior were good spots. Trolling and jigging both accounted for fish but those in boats, pontoons or float tubes are doing far better than shore anglers. Some anglers caught and released up to 60 cutthroat. Pelican Point is the only launch point, but there were no problems. The surface water temperature is between 66 and 68 degrees and it is keeping most of the fish in 20 plus feet of water.
