The Virginias are starting to break up pretty good now, we heard Trumbull is completely ice free and there is enough open water on Little Virginia to fish either from the shore or a tube. Big Virginia is still mostly iced over but I wouldn't recommend being out on the ice. For flies try simi seal leeches, seal buggers, mini leeches, twin lakes specials, matukas, soft hackles, zug bugs and ap emergers. For bait try power bait, mice tails and crawlers. For lures go with Kastmasters, thomas bouyants and panther martins.
