http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=537The last fish plant was on 2-19-2008 and we got 1000 pounds of trout. The water temperature is 49 degrees.
The fishing has been just about like the weather, a little bit of everything. Over last weekend the trout bite was great with some really nice catches. From a boat trolling the narrows and the bays with lures. Rapala & Kastmaster worked great but then some anglers through some power bait and power eggs and caught some big ones. The fishing from the shore was just as good with night crawlers and power bait at the South end. We have had a lot of rain just like everyone else but the fisherman are still fishing and being rewarded withh some limits. Catfish adn Bass were caught but the bite is slow and the Bass are still deep at about 30 feet. The weather is going to be nice this week so comeo on out and enjoy some of our great fishing.

The Trout bite has been slow but we have seen lots of limits and some big ones coming in. It seems the best place to wet your line is through the narrows at the Dam. Just about any bait has been working with the J7 at the top of the list. We......
