Bridgeport has started to pick up a bit this week with the cooler weather, the algae is trying to die off as the water temps drop. We’ve had some pretty good reports from the shore down near the dam with some decent numbers of fish being caught with night crawlers and power bait, some going around 2.5 pounds. The trolling has still been a little tough but the anglers fishing bait from boats are doing pretty well. Crawlers, powerbait and mice tails all seem to be doing good.
