the Mazatlan area and the boats are having to work very hard for a
single strike. Overall catches for 26 fished days reflected 3
stripers, 3 sailfish, 2 yellowfin tuna and 9 dorado.
Mazatlan Climate: Partly cloudy days with temps that varied from 58
nights to 90 daytime highs.
Sea Conditions: Generally, calm waters, temps from 72-73 inshore and
rising to 76 offshore
Best Fishing Area: Again, there was no special area that was
"best". It was a search of many areas to produce a single strike.
Best Lure/Bait: Slow trolled rigged baits.
