Welcome to beautiful Cachuma Lake. Here is this week's Fishing Report! This weekend we saw the Trout biting much better. They came closer to the surface and are even starting to catch off shore again!

Crappie are still coming up on shore and along the bays and mountain ridges, especially in the reeds. Large and Small Mouth Bass are spawning now and are being caught all over the lake. Catfish finally are active again and being caught mostly near the dam. Mackerel has been a popular choice for the catfish as well as our Bloody Catfish Dough.

We are just over 40% of capacity here at the lake with about 130 ft. of water at Bradbury Dam Wind has been our friend this week and stayed away for the most part which makes everyone happy! Visit our marina and talk with our friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sam, Jake, Chris and Caleb are always on hand to give you the latest fishing information! We look forward to seeing you!!
