The striper action continues at about a 50% ratio with about very other boat landing a billfish. High boat was the \"Tuna Time\", reporting 2 stripers released for 2 fishing days, along with a single yellowfin tuna. The overall fish report action reported for 27 combined fishing days reflected 14 stripers, (8 released) 23 dorado, 1 wahoo and 35 yellowfin tuna. The billfish seem to be scattered about out to the south of Cabo and wrapping around into the Sea of Cortez but no real concentration. We had reports of fish taken south of Cabo, from the 95 fathom spot and northerly, into the Sea of Cortez.

Cabo Climate: Mostly sunny and hot, temps from 75 nights to 102 daytime highs.

Sea Conditions: Warm water everywhere, 82 at Golden Gate down to the Jaime Bank and rising to 85 at Cabo and increasing to 88 at the Gorda Banks area.

Best Fishing Area: There really hasn\'t been a focused hot spot and the boats are working a variety of spots and varying from inshore to 25 miles offshore, from south of Cabo and around into the Sea of Cortez.

Best Lure/Bait: The billfish have been lethargic and slow to take the baits and not anxious to even follow the artificials. Live bait is best.

Live Bait Supply: Good supply, mostly caballitos.
