Boca still has a good amount of boat traffic on it throughout the day. Shore anglers are doing the best fishing off the dam, east shore, or near the Little Truckee inlet. The best bait to use from shore right now is inflated nightcrawlers. Any anglers trolling for Kokanee in Boca Reservoir should troll 20 to 30 feet in the deepest parts of the reservoir using green and purple colors, signature squids, dick knight spoons, or paulina peak flutter bugs.
