Emigrant is 33 percent full, dropping five feet since last week. The main boat ramp at the county park is usable, ‌

Fishing is good for both smallmouth and largemouth bass, as well as black crappie. Bass and other warmwater fish should be active near shore and structure, like the willows near the inlet.‌

Legal rainbow trout have been stocked. Hot weather likely sent trout into deeper, cooler water.‌

There is a longstanding health advisory for consumption of resident warmwater species in Emigrant for high levels of mercury. Consult the sportfishing regulations or the Oregon Health Authority for more information on consumption guidelines. ‌

Rogue River- Lower: Anglers are picking up quite a few Chinook in the estuary
Rogue River- Upper: The release from Lost Creek Reservoir is 1950 cfs and 56F
Willow Lake: Willow is still 74 percent full
Fourmile Lake: ODFW stocked the lake with trophy and legal rainbow trout
Gerber Reservoir:  The reservoir is 26 percent full
Sprague River: Flows are at 148 cfs
North Fork Sprague River: Water temperatures have increased slightly
Willow Valley Reservoir: If any fish survived the drought last year, they should be biting
Wood River: Best fishing for brown trout is below Loosley Rd to Crooked Creek
