Winter storms have kept the river pretty much unfishable. Anglers will want to check flows prior to heading out. Anglers are also reminded that the new Rogue-South Coast Steelhead Validation is required to fish the river. All anglers need the Rogue South Coast steelhead validation and if an angler wants to keep a wild steelhead, they must also have the new Wild Steelhead harvest card.
