Hi Gang, We had a spectacular day of offshore fishing. The seas could not have been more calm than what we had. Glassy conditions. The fishing was good as well. We were able to go to work on two schools of Bluefin today. Most of this fish was 30 to 40 pounds and it was typical Bluefin fishing. The guys that worked at it did the best. 30 or 40 pound line, fluorocarbon leader, 2/0 or 3/0 J hook, and a well presented bait was the ticket. We located some yellowfin tuna in the afternoon and had good action on 18 to 35 pound fish. Overall, an awesome day. We will be able to fish in the morning tomorrow before we have to call it a trip. Wish us luck. "The Intrepid Team"
