Bidwell Ramp closes Wednesday. The only open launch ramp is at the spillway on a gravel ramp. Best bite is for catfish at Bidwell Marina, Lime Saddle and the north and middle forks where water enters the lake. Average is two to four pounds. Bass are scattered from the surface to 40 feet deep.
