Water color is great. Fishing has been great. Rainbow trout, brown trout all on the charge. There's still a hint of chalky color, but it's not affecting the fishing or the wading. We are at the beginning of the sweetest time of the year to fish the McCloud... lasting through November 15^th. Nymphing with indicators or dropping a midge under a beetle pattern are producing.
