http://wildlife.utah.govOn Jan. 26, the first pond was all open water with a couple slivers of ice near the edges. There are a handful of access spots that allow casting from shore. The other three ponds are covered in thin, slushy unstable ice. One couple had success catching rainbows and bluegill while standing on the fishing pier in the third pond. They were using wax worms and mealworms.
