Lake is 74 feet from full and the water is murky. The dirty water is holding heat and drawing bass into shallow water. Find bass from the shoreline out to 30 feet deep. Just about anything will work. Tubes, jigs, drop-shots, paddle-tail swim baits are effective. Phil's Propeller 1-800-462-3917
