Topaz trout finally turn on

Trout bite is picking up. Lake has come up 13 feet in the last two weeks and is 17 feet from full. The ramp at the county park is open. Most of the trout are in the 2 to 4 pound range. Hoochies, Rooster Tails, Power Bait all work. Most of the fish are being caught from the shore.
