Oyster, Coyote points hold striper, halibut

Oyster Point and Coyote Point have been giving up stripers to shore anglers throwing hairraisers and swim baits. Halibut are in the same area. Halibut also are across the bay at the Alameda Rock Wall. Bite has been getting better each week. Hi's Tackle Box (650) 588-1200
