Spawn is on. There is a morning window for reaction baits. It's sight fishing after that. On sunny days target docks and use Senkos. Otherwise, hit the beds. Catfish bite is decent for shoreline anglers at Lakeside County Park using cut baits. Some are fishing next to the bridge at Rodman Slough.
