Bait in and out at Capitola

Swell is up but some boats do well on rock cod. Bait has been moving in and out, mostly out. No striped bass reports. The few salmon being caught are being hooked by those able to get near the bottom. A 34 pound halibut was caught by Mark Davis with a live mackerel straight out of Capitola. (831) 462-2208
