http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=537Hot and sunny for the week highs stayed in the upper 90‘s and low 100's with a minimal
breeze. Striped Bass are attacking Anchovies all over the lake. Lake temps are entering the 75
degree range which is quite warm. We had our first catfish plant yesterday of 750 lbs so the cat
fishing will be exceptional in the upcoming week. Cats like to hide in and amongst the weed
beds and under fallen trees, timber, and logs. Most cats prefer warm shallow water but the deep
water helps hide them. Anyways Anchovies is the only way to go at the moment!
Striped bass fishing is only getting better, after the opening weekend of heat everybody is
catching limits of stripers most in the 18-24 inch class but still a great fight on ultra light tackle.
Soon top water baits will be the go to! Don't forget the sunscreen and water when you come visit
us here at the lake good luck everyone! -Dan

Catfish came on the bite this week due to......
Report Date:
The lake temperature is slowly climbing up into the low 70‘s and the wind has slowed way down from last month. Due to the weather changing the Striped Bass have become extremely aggressive, Almost anywhere on the lake Stripers can be caught on Anchovies, normally Sardines and Mackerel would work just as well but, that's not the case this week. All the Stripers caught this week were on Anchovies and nothing else. Also most of those Stripes were caught at the Dam or around that......
