Catching the Spotlight

We had a great week of fishing. Joey(top left) caught these Trout out of Lake 2 on Powerbait. Jeromie(top right) caught this Largemouth out of lake 5 on a senko. Evan(bottom left) caught his limit of trout out of lake 4 on chartreuse Powerbait. Keith(bottom right) caught this Largemouth out of lake 3 on a chartreuse crankbait. We have two more scheduled stocks left for the season. Be sure to make it out and try your luck. If you catch a trout five pounds or larger be sure to bring it to the General Store to be entered for a chance to win a two night stay in the cabins.

Lake lowdown

Avg. Water Temp: 59.7°F Water Clarity: .5 ft. The bass bite has been picking up lately. Many reports of fish being caught in the early morning and late evening. There are even some reports of bass on beds or in search of beds. There are two more scheduled trout stocks for the season.
