The Upper Deschutes has been fishing fair. We have heard some reports of excellent fishing on top with green drakes if you find yourself in the right place at the right time so having a good selection of dries is a good idea. Nymphing has been consistent during non hatch times and we have been liking pheasant tails, hares ears, two-bits, psycho princes, and duracells to name a few. Stripping streamers around some of the downed trees and undercut banks is always a fun way to entice some eats on the upper as well.
