http://wildlife.utah.govWater clarity is very good. Angling pressure is quite light this time of year. Most of the pressure comes on the weekends, and some anglers fish in the mornings and late evenings. On a recent trip, DWR Biologist Chris Penne hooked a tiger muskie while trolling in his kayak. He was trolling at two or three miles per hour with perch-colored crankbaits. The muskies can be seen cruising the shallow waters in the morning, but they dive deeper in the afternoon. Other anglers report fair fishing for smallmouth bass along the shore and points. They are using motor-oil-colored tube jigs.
