Fishing has really picked up at Willard. Shoreline anglers who find deep water (either the inlet channel or west side of the lake) are catching good-sized wipers. A few boaters have been catching walleye in Freeway bay and around the island. DWR officers have been doing lots of undercover work at Willard because some people are keeping more than their limit.
