A bank angler caught a 15 pound striper on the Romero Ranch side of the lake with a fluke. Boaters use jumbo minnows or spoons. Shore anglers also can use pile worms. Forebay also has a good bite. Grass is prevalent so largemouth are hard to come by. Striper are at the Highway 33 Bridge and Check 12. Boaters get bass up against the dam with flukes and spoon. There’s topwater action, too.
