A lot of small stripers are in the area. Best are 20 inches. Anchovies have been working because shrimp baits have been hard to come by. Keeper sturgeon continue to be caught at Humphreys and Riverview piers. Catfish have been active at Holland Tract. Gotcha Bait & Tackle (925) 706-7400
