LV shore anglers pull hefty trout

Large trout continue to caught by shore anglers. Eliseido Renteria caught a 10.84 pound trout for the big fish of the week. It came from South Cove with Power Bait. Trenton Wiedner of Tracy caught an 8.88 pound trout from South Cove with a Rat-l-Trap. Manuel Reyes of Mountain House landed an 8.61 pound trout from South Cove with a Rapala. Lots of limits are being caught. Pumpkin Power Bait has been popular. Most of the action is in South Cove. Boats haven't been on the water because of wind. (925) 371-2628
