http://norcal.fishreports.comUpper river continues to hold steelhead. Low flow is producing better than the high flow. Flows have increased in the low flow so that should draw upstream the remainder of the steelhead. River is running at 400 cfs so the only way to fish the lower Feather is from shore. Beer Can Beach, Star Bend and Shanghai Bend or anywhere you can find deep water are worth trying. A few shad have been caught already.
