Warmwater fish bite at Lopez

Warmwater species are biting. Bass bite is best near the dam. Mini-crawlers, Rapalas account for action. Best fish recently was a 8.12 pounder landed by Dan of Bakersfield. A 24.4 pound catfish came from Strawberry Flats, landed by Aaron Smith, a 10-year old from Ventura, who was using mackerel. (805) 489-1006
