Bass bite is picking up. Bass are moving into shallows. Jigs or swim baits in blacks or blues have been effective. Most of the bass are in the two to five pound range. Some larger. Trout bite is good. A plant of 2,400 pounds went in last week and another plant is going in this week. Shore fishing has been best in front of the dam. There is less debris near the far side of the dam. (209) 274-4739
