Lake level has dropped for lagoon repairs. Fishing has been slow. Despite that, a 10 pound rainbow trout was landed by Wilson Delacruz of Antioch. He also caught an 8 pounder. Both fell to a silver/blue Kastmaster. (510) 544-3154
