http://norcal.fishreports.comTrout fishing has picked up. Try fishing at Channel Point or near the Swim Lagoon with variety of Power Baits, Mice Tails or nightcrawlers. Try fishing for Catfish with nightcrawlers, anchovies, or chicken liver at the east side of lake or at Channel Point. There were a number of big fish landed last week at Contra Loma. Ron Hodgson landed a 10 pound catfish. Fred Irwin caught a 9.1 pound largemouth with a rubber worm. Rico Montuerto caught trout weight 8.12 and 7.12 casting a lure near the Swim Lagoon.
